Shipping is free on all items, for all locations across the globe. All goods are packed securely to ensure they are received in pristine condition.

DISPATCH

Goods will be dispatched within 2-3 working days, if not before, and as soon as payment has been received and cleared (if paying by cheque or transfer). Overseas delivery times can vary due to a number of factors. We are based in France and dispatch all goods from France. Shipment to the UK and Europe typically takes between 7-12 working days from the date of postage, and to the US/Canada and other World Zones, it is on average 10-17 working days, but we ask that you please allow up to 28 days.

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us before returning goods within 14 working days of recieving your item/s, and goods may be returned to us. Please ensure goods are securely packaged as we can only accept returns that are in perfect condition (preferably within the original packaging). You will be refunded for the value of goods within one calendar month of receipt of the returned goods. Please note it is the customer's responsiblity for the return, and cost of return, for goods purchased.

In the unlikely event that goods are received damaged, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange a replacement, however it is likely we will require damaged goods to be returned so the damage can be presented to the carrier as proof. If we have not heard from the customer within 14 working days after receipt of goods, we will have deemed that the goods have been accepted.
