Willem Koekkoek ( Amsterdam , 1839 - Newer-Amstel (Amsterdam), 1895 ) was a Dutch painter . He was the son of the marine painter Hermanus Koekkoek senior . Koekkoek came from a large family of painters and specialized in Dutch cityscape.
